What to expect
We answer email, not direct messages, and we reply to most enquiries within three working days. Corrections that come with a source — a product page, an ingredient list, a receipt — are handled fastest, because we can verify them without asking you for anything else.
We do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles or link placements, we do not join affiliate programmes and we do not sell advertising. Enquiries about any of those will not receive a reply.
Something wrong with your eyes? Please do not email us. Stop using the product and speak to a pharmacist, GP or optometrist — same day if you have pain, swelling or any change in vision. Adverse reactions to a cosmetic sold in the UK can also be reported to the retailer and to your local Trading Standards service.
